Cosmetic condition:

The top, bottom, sides, and bezel are all in good cosmetic condition with minimal wear. The ports are clean and in good condition. The screen shows some minor wear and scuffs, and the keyboard has minor wear with signs of use. The hinges are sturdy, in good condition, and function properly. Please view our close up photos, as these are taken of the actual item being offered for sale.

Functionality condition:

The display is fully functional with no damage or issues. At the time of first listing this item was fully functional and we were able to verify the components and battery condition seen in our photos. This laptop was damaged in transit and is now broken. It does not have an operating system, we are unable to now test any of the functions that require an active operating system and you must assume they are broken. This laptop boots directly into the BIOS only. The computer is overheating at idle (80C), the fans spin constantly and produce loud fan noise.
